- High School graduate or equivalent

- Have experienced the Palm Beach County Child Dependency System (Foster Care)

The Legacy Scholarship aims to provide for any needs incurred for future education plans. This could be for college, trade school, licensures and/or certifications including but not limited to room, board, books, supplies, equipment etc.
