Foster Resources

Foster parents refer to adults who have a licensed open home and foster children currently living with them. Adoptive parents refer to adults who have adopted a child through the Florida dependency system. Foster and Adoptive parents are essential to the overall support, growth, and well-being of our children thus “fostering happy childhoods”!!

We ensure that our caregivers feel heard, seen, and receive all of the resources that are available to them in order to maintain the child in their care comfortably.

** Permanent guardians and adoptive parents with closed cases are eligible for membership at an annual cost of $50.**

In addition to the help of generous community partners, we provide the following resources:

  • Emergency Bag: (age appropriate) clothes, pajamas, underwear, socks, hygiene products, diapers, wipes, blankets
  • Furniture/Equipment: (subject to availability) such as car seats, strollers, beds, changing tables, bicycles, cribs, pack n play, walkers, jumpers
  • Access to the FFC Clothing Closet twice a month
  • Backpacks, school supplies, and school uniforms
